About Me

Syed Bilal Shah Hamdani is a law graduate, Islamic scholar, and entrepreneur whose work connects legal understanding, principled leadership, and business development. He holds an LLB in Shariah and Law from the International Islamic University Islamabad and has completed Dars-e-Nizami, giving him a valuable grounding in both contemporary law and the Islamic scholarly tradition.

As founder of Brillocos, he has developed a skincare venture from a single flagship product into an expanding retail presence. He has secured placement across pharmacy branches, extended distribution beyond Islamabad, and built relationships that support sustainable growth. His experience reflects practical strengths in entrepreneurship, negotiation, market development, and supply-chain coordination.

Bilal was selected from more than 4,500 applicants for the Amal Academy Career-Prep Fellowship, where he completed intensive training in communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. His legal development includes experience in taxation, legal practice, mediation, research and drafting, moot courts, mock trials, and international humanitarian law simulations.

He has served in student and civic organizations, including the Law Student Council, Moot Court Society, Pak Palestine Forum, and Youth Parliament Pakistan. A first-place winner in an All-Pakistan Arabic speech competition, Bilal brings together scholarship, advocacy, enterprise, and a strong commitment to constructive social impact in Pakistan.
